Nice Chakra Descriptions

Well, I wasn't sure what to call this. I was watching Avatar recently, the episode with Guru Patchik specifically.

He was helping the protagonist, Aang, with opening his Chakras. I thought his way of describing each one to him and how to open it was very beautiful and actually pretty good!
